I feel like so many men fight just to avoid child support. Not to say they don't get fucked, a lot of the time. They do. But so do women. I have two children ages 22 and 17 whom I have never, ever received a penny of child support for.
I'm going to court on the 15th for the 17 year old. I'll let you know how privileged they make me feel.

I don't see this as a gender issue. Custody of ones children is a blessing. The parent without custody suffers. Men in relationships that commit to having children are good men.
On top of the suffering, in the U.S. system, being forced to pay the person who took your children away doesn't seem right.
In the U.S. system a very small minority of conniving lazy women entrap men every day via pregnancy, just so they'll have 18 years of a stipend, with no real concern for the child.
Try being in a 5 year relationship with someone wealthy when your child is born, and when the baby is two your partner disappears, taking everything but your child, leaving you in debt, and you have no rights because your Gay. It's then that you realize what really matters, and it aint getting paid
Oh and back on topic ....
