Well, once you get her to realize that lying to get her content removed is not the way to go about it you should explain all the costs associated with buying that content and suggest you are open to a buy out. Explain that even if you take down the content wherever you have posted it that there is no guarantee that it won't be renamed, pirated, etc and nearly impossible to remove completely. However, once she has paid for whatever you are out or whatever terms you agree to that she can freely dmca there on since in essence she would be buying back her rights (if in fact you are the original producer and own the rights).

Be polite and courteous and respectful that she is pained by the content being up but address the professional concerns/obligations and try to help her see the issues from your perspective. She doesn't want to ruin her life and you don't want to be taken advantage of. It is a crappy situation for everyone but can be dealt with in mutually acceptable fashion.
