Not that I need to worry about such things but if I did would probably use :
For telephone calls I would use a pay phone.
For long text messages I would use a pen and the US postal service
For when I'm at the cabin I use our walkie talkies and vhf radio
For Internet communications I just don't transmit anything that could be used against me.
