On the chance there are any baseball fans here, I have six starter sites I'm looking to sell, built on wordpress, each is a baseball blog for a specific team.

Diamondbacks
Dodgers
Indians
Orioles
Padres
Rockies

Each is using an exact match domain name. The sites have been live for several years, and even with zero content (other than a single blog post) and zero marketing, several are currently ranking in page 3 and 4 of google results (for term 'indians blog' for example). In the first year or so of launch (2011-12) in fact many were even ranked on page 1, but with ever changing google algorithms of course they all slipped, but I should think it will not be hard to get them ranked well once you provide steady content, and the exact match domains and age will still give you an edge.
