Do you see this as a double standard? If not then why not?
Serious question, I'm not trolling or race-baiting just would like to hear your opinion. Most white people I know would say it's a double standard.
Help me to understand.

It all works on a principle of "find problem, create solution".
Kind of like the following question and answer :
Q. Why are there all female schools?
A. Because males rape females at school.
So, start a problem and get a solution to bitch and whine about until the end of time.
- Black history could have been in the "regular history" book; but nope there was problem.
- Black people on TV could have played more than butlers, maids and sidekicks to cool white guys, but nope there was a problem
- Blacks in congress wouldn't have needed to form a unified vote, but nope, Whites were unified in their voting and that was a problem.
But hey, that's only for people who actually want to understand why.
Those who don't want to understand simply will not.
Of course it much easier to understand if you study black history for a month.
