From what I can tell the "white power" groups are mostly "underground" meaning they are too scared to be openly what they are, it's just not a very popular agenda right now.
The more serious, organized ones are kind of moving away from the overtly racist aspect of their agenda and focusing more trying to create awareness for their other political goals, it seems there were a few sections of reddit that were outed last year or thereabouts as being a recruitment effort for some national socialist groups.
