The title is a title. If you are talking about <title> Buusty boobs boob</title>. No matter what method you use to insert some info into there. My answer stays the same.

If the title looks like this <title>Porn, girls, boob</title>, you might want to consider some other method to make the titles.

If you mean some <meta name="keywords"....boob> tag, forget about it. You don't need it, it's obsolete.
