Thanks for joining this thread Netbilling.

This is what I would like to know. What is "HIGH-RISK"?

I started to process with Zombaio on April 1 2014. This is my current status:

- 1000 members.
- 2 cancellations.
- 2 Refunds.
- 25 Support requests.
- ZERO chargebacks.
- ZERO disputes.

My website is designed to handle it's own currency called: Jcoins
This way if a member is not satisfied with the content of a website, he will get an immediate reimbursement of Jcoins. No currency transactions. Members use Jcoins to buy access for 30 days to the content websites. After 30 days, the access expires. No membership fees, no recurring fees.

Members can buy 10 Jcoins for E10,-. If they are not satisfied, they will get a 100% refund within 10 days. Members can also buy 35 Jcoins, and get 5 free. Cost E30,-. Jcoins never expire, and can be used at anytime.

Processor only processes sales of Jcoins. No memberships, recurring or nonrecurring fees...This way the processor is left out when it comes to cancellations and refunds.

Please let me know what the RISK is, and to whom?

Regards,
Jim
