If you have ever been to Santa Monica you know that there are hardly any black people. You would think that LA which is a generally liberal city would be friendly to black people but white people are often very racist toward blacks. You hear the N word all the time.
I hope that guy gets a huge settlement. A BLACK MAN with an electric car????? Oh the horror.
