If a jihadist demands you put down the crayon even when you know it's your right to draw, JUST COMPLY or you might be shot!

If kids threaten to kick your ass when you walk in a park even though it's your right to be there, JUST COMPLY or you might be ass kicked!

I see these as all very much related. But yes, it has nothing to do with comparing kids to cops.
