The guy admits showing up knowing the park will be closed within minutes but he was going to start a time consuming charging process. He admits he was told to leave. He admits to being argumentative when asked for ID, which when an auto is involved is pretty standard procedure.
At any time the whole thing could have been avoided but …………. Nooooooo !
