it's against the law to park at that park after 11pm. obviously this law has been abused and ignored by several people there. it's not like those other cars had drivers in them that the police could tell to clear out.
The OP did have something to say about the article, he's the one that included pointing out the driver was black.
he also writes that he's called me names in the past, like he doesn't do that any more.
