A friend of mine had a similar situation. He was at a Christmas expo/convention with his wife and a couple of friends. He took a picture of some homemade candle on a vendor's table and a woman thought he was taking a picture up her 17-year-old daughter's skirt. The daughter was near him, but a few feet away and wearing a long skirt. He would have had to get on his hands and knees to get the picture. She accused him, called the police and he ended up having serious issues from it even though he did nothing wrong.
