Twitterfeed is great! It's one of the utilities that our affiliates use with our RSS feeds to do social media promotion.
The only thing I'd add to this would be to make sure you make use of hashtags. You can add prefix and suffix text - you can use that to incorporate hashtags relevant to the feed entries you'll be posting.
