How do you fire a gun at someones head and not get arrested for anything? I can see if someone was coming at you or even in the car and you were afraid of being run over but they made it sound on the news like he went up to Zimmys truck and fired the gun trying to shoot him in the head.
Guess it would help to hear the facts or all 3 sides of the story
