PayPal is a Putin's bitch
PayPal has blocked account to raise funds on the report "Putin. War."
It's a bit funny because the "free" and "democratic" US payment service (PayPal) has blocked the account, while the totalitarian and non-democratic Russian one (Yandex Money) has no problem with that
