You're welcome! From what I've read it can cost anywhere from $500 to $5000 to modify a truck to do this but thats a small price to pay to be cool, right?

That's exactly right. The coal rollers see Hybrid or EV cars, and even people riding bikes, then slam the gas to produce clouds of thick toxic smoke to choke them. Then of course they laugh like morons and high-five each other.
