Truth! Hootsuite is great for queue'ing up future postings for social media and for managing it all in one space.
Does HootSuite allow you to import RSS/XML to include in your postings? The only big drawback I've found with TwitterFeed is that Twitter doesn't like to pass the images included in the feed with the posting.
