As for "CCBill is easy to be scammed by affiliates", if you actually institute an affiliate approval process like more & more programs are doing now, it's not hard to spot shady operators. Just use good business sense rather than take every random who fills out a form in 30 seconds.

totally agree. With CCBill, just pay attention to your stats and you are probably fine. CCBill will deactivate some shady affiliates, but it is worthwhile to learn your own join patterns and pay attention to anomalous affiliate activity.
