With the threat of aids and other easily transmitted diseases I can see a cop hitting a girl that spits in his face but come on.. a drunk girl kicks a cop so he hits her in the face then kicks her?

Cops today are way out of control.. I could tell you a story a out a cop telling me to hang up the payphone and step away from the booth as the cop had his hand on his gun but if this happened today not over 10 years ago I would've been shot today.. or at least beat and tasered.
