1) Get Mech Bunny, or Kernel Video Shering, I would recommend the first script
2) Get videos for the site, it can be from sponsors (check out Signbucks.com), or you can pay for them too, to save time
3) Add videos to the site, and create custom titles for all of them, you can add descriptions too, but this is not necessary
4) Add advertising banners, from something like
Adamo Ads, or
Exoclick, and affiliate banners to paysites, related to the content of your site
5) Add other sources of income, like paid video site, could be white label, link to a white label sex shop, paysite offers, adult games, it can be anything. Add a popunder too, if you want to make a little bit more money.
6) Work on seo
7) You can do competition research, through something like SimilarWeb.com, to see how things work.
Dont work on shitty sites, as it does not make sense, and it will take you nowhere. Focus on one good website, and work on that, probably for years.
