In fact..... He has a preliminary hearing today. He also had a "felony pretrial conference" on 5/13/2015. In short, not really much going on until the trial starts unless the DA files new charges.

He has zero chance of defending himself against any of this. Donny cannot make bail and cannot afford an attorney. He will get screwed in court. This will be brutal.
