Nonetheless, if you just want ass this should work. But it probably won't last. And if you want more than one, it's going to take a lot of work. Teens are usually clingy.
In any case, I would start checking out some churches. Being a former Sunday School teacher and youth president, I can tell you that parents will let their teen daughter go anywhere with you if you go to the same church. (i'm not a pervert, there are no charges pending against me, it's just the truth)
If you live in Southern California, try working at Disneyland. The ratio of young teen girls to STRAIGHT men is like 5:1 there. When I used to work there it was unbelievable how much ass was available. A lot of the older gentleman that work there currently have great jobs in the day. I knew doctors and dentists that work there for the girls.
If you like foreign girls, I would check for a local foreign exchange student meeting place. In So-cal there is one in Huntington Beach where all types of young girls congregate and they are all looking for american boyfriends. The French ones are really hot.
Blast me if you will, but I'm just sharing what I've learned through experience. Churches are great 'cause you're not going to have an angry parent coming after you with a shotgun at the end of a date. Disneyland is one big mu-fu orgy. Foreign exchange student meeting place is a great place to bag some euros or asians. Bring your vx-2000 with you and say you're a film-maker trying to make a documentary.
These are the easiest ways.
