Not even close, some of my friends post hotter pics than this on Instagram. If you really dig, you will find some unbelievable girls on there posting great photos. Seriously, Instagram is a magnet for any good looking girl, they tend to get tons of followers and hope to monetize it somehow, these girls are ok looking but not close to "hottest girls on instagram"
