There are all sorts of models in TV commercials, all shapes and sizes...impairments etc..(although there needs to be more) modeling should be representative of society. But the term "beautiful" is pretty subjective and the vast majority of people have pretty fixed ideas of what is beautiful...locked in since childhood. Nothing is going to change there.
I think this girl could definitely get paying work but most likely only a downs dude will find her pretty.
