Personally I do not think that genetic deformities should be celebrated and eroticized. There is a reason that we have a sexual response/attraction to healthy individuals.
That reason is that they are more likely to be worthy of reproducing with as they display characteristics/traits of strong healthy genes and are more likely to result in strong healthy offspring to keep the species going.
Sure, it is politically correct these days to say that everyone is hot...overweight and clearly unhealthy people and people with genetic abnormalities/defects but deep down we all know the true - they are not.
I am sure just as with midget porn and such, that there is a certain "freakshow" factor that will lead to work for her in porn. Best of luck!
