"Beautiful" is something that is innately engrained in our brains as it directly relates to finding a quality mate to further our genes and produce the highest quality offspring.. Beauty is universal and based on geometry and symmetry and proportions.... not political correctness or the baseless and unsupported proclamations of ugly people. No fit male that is a great candidate for mating with a beautiful female is going to look at a woman with Down Syndrome and think "I gotta have babies with her" not for many more thousands of years, at least.
