You don't know what symmetry and proportional mean? You don't understand how a grossly asymmetrical and lopsided face or deformed body, obviously signals bad genes?
You can babble about the Renaissance all you want and talk about art... that has nothing to do with how the brain works,.. and though body types have clearly changed... preference for hip to waist ratios as a primary measure of attraction haven't. For example, Playmates 60 years ago and today had very different average body fat %'s... yet are identical in proportions and hip to waist ratios. I am very well versed in what I am talking about.
