I'm usually good with numbers so I'm going to take a stab at what you just said:
Little amount originally = 2 cents... I assume you meant $.02 or 2 cents
The transfer from wallet to wallet costed 1 cent.
Then if they wanted to get that 1 cent into their account would be another 2 cents.
