I understand your frustration. A lot of big words have been used and a lot of high school level concepts have been discussed which are tough for you to grasp and understand. We all know its very difficult for you to read and follow along.
But you can't give up.
Break it up into smaller pieces, like a single sentence. Read slowly, sound out the big words, write them down, look them up and keep pushing forward until you get it. Then move on to the next sentence in the same manner until you start to understand the paragraph.
Oh... here is what a sentence is and what a paragraph is;

I get that the grammar and punctuation and capital letters are confusing for you as well, but in time, you'll get used to proper English as people who finished high school and non felons speak it. It will get easier.
Since punctuation is clearly a foreign concept to you and yet, vitally important to good, written communication, please invest a little time to at least attempt to understand the basics;

And never forget,.... IQ is not a fixed trait. Your low IQ does not need to be your lifes prison. Never forget that. Your low IQ doesn't have to be a limiting factor in your life as it's been. Believe it or not, many chess grand masters are of average or below average IQ (a few are actually considered to be mentally handicapped), but they've achieved greatness through determination, a will to succeed and constant, relentless practice. True story.
You don't have to be dumb or a failure. This is a choice. You don't have to spend your days trying to promote a sig for a hosting company by posting random news stories about murder and race on a porn forum. Though you are an old man, admitted felon, wanna be gangbanger and a compulsive liar who's likely unemployable by any standard or measure, you can still work hard to improve yourself so that at a minimum, you will no longer have to rely on emoticons to express yourself and where you can actually write well constructed sentences that express without sounding like a retarded child.
In time, you'll learn the rules of grammar and punctuation, making your posts possible to read by others, then again, greatly improving your ability to communicate so that people don't continue to read your posts and assume you are a 8 year old special needs child who is developmentally disabled.
I do sincerely wish you the best of luck and hope that for your sake, you don't spend the rest of your life not even daring to reach for mediocrity.
