Webmasters/ad companies who don't shoot content often don't realize how personal an attack the chopping off of watermarks and selling (or using in ads) others content is. We spend an enormous amount of time, energy, creativity to shoot and process material - pirates cavalier attitude comes from their fictional sense of security that they can't be touched..well you can - you can and will be touched.

it's pretty obvious that you're brand new and you've just experienced piracy for the first time. I can assure you that nobody gives two shits about you, including the people you're threatening. File a DMCA. If they don't reply, pay an attorney to go after them. If they're a repeat offender they'll settle out of court and your bank account will be a lot heavier than the $3,000 you made off the scene.
You're not going to solve this problem because you have their names and addresses. So do many adult industry lawyers.
