The most troubling thing to me isn't the idiocy of these two cops. It's the four people on the review panel who thought the one cop shouldn't lose his job.
You would think people on a panel like that are more intelligent than the average street cop. But no.
The us vs. them mentality is systemic and engrained in today's US police forces. A fish always rots from the head.
