Yes you responded and responded very professionally and this thread isn't about you and was not started to anyway attack you, however I just checked and MY content with YOUR watermark is still on your servers (and/or partners servers). So until you remove entirely the ability of so-called-users (your staff?) to steal and upload stolen material into your system you haven't fixed the problem.
