Think of the Ukraine for Russia like Colombia for the USA. I know you're overbrainwashed but this kind of psychotherapy can stabilize your condition. Maybe now you will be able to sleep w/o your usual nightmares. Forget about it and start thinking about your own North American problems (US, Mexican or Canadian - I don't know exactly from where you are)
