I had a roque uploader threaten me personally after he got a form email asking him to stop, it's a violations of the sites TOS, etc.
He thought he was being sneaky by changing part of his name & address on his signup info.
He's a closeted morman in Utah that works for a government agency
The "pirate" culture has misled so many to think everyone is so easily anonymous and there are no repercussions for what they do. It's a shame.
