not troops per se, but special OPs from KGB/FSB. that was at the beginning of the conflict...
are Russian forces present in Eastern Ukraine with tanks and so on ? well...where is the proof ??? where are the satelite photos ?
in my opinion its proxy war with special forces..and maybe few tanks
