Threats & body harm is illegal, and shall not be tolerated. If a burglar breaks his arm breaking in my home, I'll be sued & if I take care of him as he's escaping, I would be imprisoned. It's the same here, violence & threats are not tolerated. DMCA & courts are where you do battle for content thieves
