no, I would paint it different: conflict between two apporaches: US corporations doing whatever they want with other countries or countries that have "independent" governments of pigs (red Orwell ?) who want to do good for themselves, not for US corpos.

Chinese are too smart people to abandon any major player, they play with everyone and guess what - dont start wars for money, they just flood markets with cheap products and later buy whole countries...isnt it better ?
btw. i thought that you will interprete the fact that China created new global "bank/monetary fund", alternative to the current one (US rules) as a sign of China abandoning "Team America"...but it looks like everyone is free to its own interpretations in this world heheh.
