Not only healthcare and medicine, of course. The same applies to disabled people support, unemployment benefits, housing for the homeless, prisons / correctional system and many many more...
I wouldn't even compare the level of social development of the USA and Sweden. You are on totally different levels now. Sweden has already reached socialism, while the States are still capitalist country with all specific problems.
As I said above. Marx was totally right about his social development theory:
Where communism is some abstract unreachable state of society. It's like
∞ (the infinity symbol in math, if you know is it). You can move towards its direction eternally. You can get closer and closer but you won't reach it. That's why it's the latest stage in the Marx theory. Otherwise there should be a next one.
So, we all see that this theory works just perfect and some high developed European countries are a good example. Believe me or not, but your country will reach the same level of development in future (course if it won't collapse first like all other empires did). Looks like it won't happen during your life but it will happen some day w/o any doubts and the States will be socialist.
