Vadim Vassilenko. I perfectly remember that funny and very naive guy from one of Russian-speaking webmaster boards. He was so happy to live and work in States, he told us it's a heaven for business etc. We were sneering on him and trying to explain that the USA is far not the country he think it is. The picture from Hollywood movies and reality are very different. Finally he learned the lesson.
As about our customer service so it's a head above the US one. I've been there and here and I know what I'm talking about. Soviet service was definitely awful - that's true, because business had no owner. Now the times have changed and customer service here has changed too. Please stop posting things you have no idea about.
