As about our customer service so it's a head above the US one. I've been there and here and I know what I'm talking about. Soviet service was definitely awful - that's true, because business had no owner. Now the times have changed and customer service here has changed too. Please stop posting things you have no idea about.



It's not mine. It's a Norwegian one. On the other hand, there always will be people who like apples and those who prefer ice-cream. Don't like the laws? Change them via voting procedure. That's a democracy.

I've traveled extensively and lived in Eastern Europe and Russia. That region is famous for terrible customer service even today.
