Not only around, easily one of the best in the business still. Their WL's got dinged a couple of years ago, but if you have your own traffic and, thus, don't need to rely on Google, there's good money to be made there. They also have a new program called Cambuilder which make it awfully easy to create a solid WL that works extremely well.
My suggestion is to do it via their Cambuilder Program. The guy to speak to is Yuval. Their promo thread is here:

Dealing with them directly can help get the exact type of site you want. And if you want to go under the SM system directly, just speak to Yuval. With cambuilder, you can even migrate the SM WL's under the cambuilder system too. Nice setup.
