So, let me understand this... some people are starting a petition to strip an athlete of his medals who competed as a male -- while being a male; while having male physical attributes and characteristics -- some 30+ years ago.
And their argument? It's not fair that a future female destroyed all other male athletes of the time and set a world record?
Does this not negate any argument, therefore, that females can not compete with males -- a rule so staunchly defended by the IOC?
Such nonsense. Apparently, some folks have way too much time on their hands.
