I didn't say "winning". I'm talking about surviving. And yes, some people will survive a nuclear strike. A Chernobyl catastrophe was worth to 1000's of nuclear explosions and you know, some people still live there. I'll tell you a secret. If Hiroshima and Nagasaki people were ant least 1 meter underground during the blasts, they could survive on 99.9%.
