I'm glad someone recorded this and it got traction on youtube.
We are in the wild wild west on the internet still but its slowly changing. Soon enough there will be city ordinances about publishing events with city employees on social media. City governments will have a department dedicated to monitoring social media and if offending material is published, it will be immediately taken down, the publisher will just as quickly have there internet & phone turned off.
What that cop did to that little girl on the pavement, what a dickless loser. I wonder if he has daughters or a wife.
