Pfff... Emigrate where? Man, I know the guys (mostly webmasters) who have immigrated to Czech in 2000 (it was somehow popular in those times - I have no idea why) and then returned to Russia, because Prague is (now this is a quote) too dull and boring for them.
P.S. As about the immigration. Guess which city is #1 in the World by the number of foreign emigrants? Moscow is that city. As about Russia, so it's the second one after the USA. Now where is your shithole in that list?
