Do you not realize oil is on the way out? It's been a good 100 year run, but it's fast going the way of the dinosaur. Even 20 years from now the world will be very diffrent. Oil's day as King is coming to an end, the U.S. Doesn't need to keep control of its sale anymore because by the time any other group could ever compete, it will already be too late as the ship has sailed.
