You mean just like we are FORCED to have insurance on our houses and cars? That line of debate doesn't have a single leg to stand on.
The end result is more people have healthcare than before, and it's starting to slow the increases in cost. Instead of spending all their time fighting it, the Republican party should have helped to fix it and then declared it a Republican victory.
Because the Republicans are so damn determined to kill this law, a lawsuit going they filed might just cause millions of people to loose their insurance. That is some serious fucked up bullshit. If the Republicans have their way they will kill this law, and we'll have wasted nearly a decade fighting over it, spent billions, and be starting over from scratch with a similar law. After all, Obamacare is really Romneycare.
