It would be amazing if none of those nuclear suitcases made it to the hands of anyone bad. Honestly I'd almost bet a few have..
The point being there was no functioning military and barely any govt. If the US and Nato wanted to they could of taken most of the ex soviet block including Russia.. This is why the stupid Putin scare tactics & propaganda is so stupid. If we wanted to take you guys out, we could have very easily done it at that time.

you really believe russia is militarily weak don't you?

I mean I believe you that you believe LOL...as for corruption within the russian army, thats a bit rich coming from a guy whos military charges like 400$/hammer and whos government is the number one arms dealer on the planet...does the USAs long history of supplying weapons to terrorists not, somehow, put you in the same "nobody is in charge" category?

go hug a bacon for security but your american need to believe that russia has a weak military in order to have a false sense of security is very amusing LOL
dindu, the USA has no sort of monopoly over technology whatsoever, ruskies beat you to space

snap out of the brain wash for a second and try to accept that the USA is nothing special...dindu propaganda is dindu propaganda...get real here...
heres what the USA and NATO would need to attack russia: lots and lots of adult diapers because you would shit yourselves so much, adult diapers would be the number one business in the world...literally 90% of man kind would be producing adult diapers because the thin thin skin americans would shit their pants so much that the dependence on adult diapers would deplete all the natural resources in nature and a second business would emerge: recycling diapers

americans would do nothing but shit themselves constantly and buy more diapers
