for the bad guys? maybe eh. if in fact they hinged their entire elaborate escape on the female being the getaway driver, then it won't be a happy ending for them. i find it hard to believe they would create and follow through on such an sophisticated escape that relied so heavily on the woman. i figure they had another idea for that part of their escape. 10 days in the cold up there unplanned with no food or water? doubtful.
